Mementos Photography makes no guarantees of any kind with regards to the website and its technology or that of third-party providers we may from time to time use in providing our service. You agree to use our website at your own risk and on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
If you wish to purchase any photo or product sold through the website, you will need to provide us with personal information including credit card information, name and billing address. By entering said information, you agree that you have the legal right to use the payment method you selected for said purchase and that it is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and correct.
You also understand that we may need to provide said information to other parties for validation to complete the purchase.
Although we strive to ensure availability of all products offered on the website, they may be , on occasion, inaccurately described, or unavailable.
We reserve the right to reject any purchase or refuse any transaction.
The Client may purchase printed or digital copies of photos taken by Mementos Photography. This purchase gives the client the license to reproduce and display said images for personal purposes only. Acceptable Personal Purposes include personal reproductions as well as personal use on social media sites and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other platform or app. This license does NOT include any reproduction, display or use on any media or in any format, that results in or may result in financial gain, such as print or digital marketing, stock photography, merchandising or sales of goods of any nature, unless give written consent by a Mementos Photography officer.
The website and all its contents, including photography, logo, text, icons, graphics, code, video clips are the property of Mementos Photography and protected by intellectual property laws. Any use of this content can only be used by express prior consent. You may download, print and store content stored on this website provided you are the intended recipient of said content, and that you download, print or store said content for personal, non-commercial use, that is to say, by granting you access to said material, we are not transferring the right or to said material.
Mementos Photography and its employees and directors will under no circumstances by liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of its website and services.
